Hi, my name is Lucy. I’m an 8-month-old female with a medium adult size and high energy levels. I love to play, explore, and spend time with people. I’m very friendly with children, adults, and other dogs, and I enjoy being part of an active, loving environment.
I share a special bond with my sister, Carrie. We were both rescued from a dog shelter that was in very poor condition. Our story came to light after a video was shared on social media, showing how we had been handled roughly while being caught by a dog catcher. Seeing that treatment made it impossible to look away.
After watching the video, someone decided to find out where we were being kept and to remove us from those harsh conditions. Thanks to that decision, my sister and I were given a chance to leave fear behind and start over in safety.
Today, I’m a happy, social, and lively young dog. I adapt well to urban and semi-urban living and would be happiest with a family who can offer me guidance, regular activity, and plenty of affection. All dogs are vaccinated yearly, and are given healthy to the selected owner.
All applications are carefully reviewed, once we have made our decision we contact the applicant to continue the adopting process.
Don’t allow dogs chained on fences. All dogs must be free of chains.
We require an application form because it is needed for us to select the perfect owner for each dog. Taking care of a dog is a big responsibility given that all applicants must be serious about their intentions regarding adopting a dog from us.
Transportation must be discussed depending on where the applicant is located.
Yes we stay in contact with the owners after the dog is adopted.
If for any reasons you are not happy with the dog given 1 months time you can return him/her to us.
